  • $.90 per pound on patty processing
  • $.90 per pound on stew processing over 15 lb.’s
  • $.90 per pound on all beef sausage
  • $.35 per pound extra on vacuum packing after plastic wrap
  • Carcass at or over 1100 lb.’s on rail will be charged$.10 per pound extra for handling fee
